About us


We provide dental care for children and adults who need additional support to access treatment safely and comfortably. This includes people with:

  • learning disabilities
  • physical disabilities
  • complex medical conditions
  • severe dental anxiety or phobia
  • mental health needs
  • social vulnerabilities
  • conditions that make treatment in a standard dental practice unsuitable

Our clinicians are experienced in adapting care to meet individual needs, ensuring dignity, comfort, and clear communication at every stage.

Our services

We provide a wide range of specialist dental services for patients with additional needs, including:

Specialist clinical services

  • paediatric dentistry
  • special care dentistry
  • minor oral surgery (MOS)
  • inhalation sedation ('happy air') for anxious patients
  • general anaesthetic (GA) services for children and adults, including paediatric GA and special care GA (for tooth conservation and extractions)
  • domiciliary dental care for patients unable to leave home
  • dental student teaching (dentists and therapists)

Our service is provided by a team of dentists, dental therapists, dental nurses, oral health educators and dental administration staff.
